Refund policy

100% of the purchase price of your products (minus the taxes) is a direct donation to our clean water projects.  Due to the nature of this type of transaction, we can only offer refunds for the product amount (no refunds on shipping cost) on damaged or lost* merchandise. 

Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days; products must be in the same condition in which they were sold.  Shipping costs of exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

*lost due to our negligence.  Proper investigations will be launched for carrier mishaps and all orders will be properly insured; in which case, the carrier will refund the customer for their negligence.
